All ThriveAndTrainCo apparel is made to order with care. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00. We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders of $70 or more.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.
